MICRO NICKEL SCREENS are made of 99.8% pure Nickel. For centrifugals these screens are hard chromium plated to a hardness of upto 1050HV and a chromium thickness of 8-10 micron. Our screens go through various stages of testing to ensure uniformity in quality. Screens are rigorously checked for:

• Uniformity of Slot openings.
• Specified Hardness of Chromium Layer.
• Specified thickness of Chromium.
• Conacity of diverging slot.

Process quality is strictly maintained using in house chemical and testing laboratories.

The Process

Electroformed Nickel Screens are basically made by the deposition of Nickel on to a etched matrix of the shape of the electoform required. The matrix is made by the photographic reproduction of the Screen surface, which is subsequently processed to confirm to screen mesh openings.
This involves fine precision works & Patience and is done expertly with experience & technological skill gained with time.
